We use a variety of third party shipping companies to ensure you get your delivery on time as expected.
What are the delivery charges?
- Standard Shipping is £4.99
- Free Shipping on all orders over £100
What are the types of delivery and the despatch times?
Standard delivery times are 2 – 3 working days. Special delivery service, such as next day delivery and Saturday delivery are available if required.
Who can sign for delivery?
Where a signature is required, anybody at the delivery address with authority to receive the product will be required to sign for the delivery.
What happens if I am not in?
If you are not at home and a signature is required, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called.
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.
Where is my order?
Most of our products are despatched from our warehouse within the next working day.
Returns
Non Faulty Goods
If you decide to return your goods to us we do reserve the right to charge you a fee for collection or place the cost of return at your liability. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase.
If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 working days of receiving delivery, call us on 0115 975 8600 or via the contact us page.
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Notwithstanding our Delivery condition above, if you find a fault, we reserve the right to request the following steps are complied with:
- You provide written notice of the defect to the Company and/or telephone the Company quoting your invoice reference number within 7 days of discovering the defect or ought to have discovered the defect; and
- Upon confirmation from the engineer that there is fault, and the goods do not conform to the contract, the Company shall at its option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods, whichever is considered to be economically viable to the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to the Company; or alter or repair the goods without the written consent of the Company.
